| How are the garments printed? |
| We silkscreen our garments. To do this, a printing plate is required. A separate plate is required for each color and on each side or sleeve. Here's an example: Let's say you have a white t-shirt with the school name on the front printed in blue. All that is required is a single plate. But lets say you also want to print on the back. A second plate is needed. If you want to add another color then we need another plate. We charge a $30.00 one time fee per plate. If you re-order with us there will be no plate fee. |

What kind of material are the shirts and sweatshirts made from?

| Our garments are available in 100% cotton or 50/50, 50% cotton and 50% polyester. 50/50 garments are just as nice, a little less in cost, and sometimes the silk screening can be more vibrant because the ink lays on top. We also carry a line of eco-friendly bamboo shirts and sweatshirts for those whose budgets may be a little more. |
| What is the cost of shipping? |
| Shipping costs vary based upon quantity and need. On orders over 100 shirts we do not charge shipping unless you need them turned around quickly. |
| Do I need to pre-pay or can my school or club be invoiced? |
| We send detailed cost estimates with every serious inquiry. Someone with the proper authority must sign and return a copy for our records. Our terms are 30 days. |
| Is there a minimum order? |
| There is no minimum order but a premium is charged for orders under 25 shirts while discounts are offered for orders over 100 shirts. No order is too large. A deposit is required on orders of 500+ garments. |
| What colors are available? |
| There are a number of vendors who provide t shirts for example. Not every vendor has every color, however, there is a good chance we will have the color your need unless you request a specific brand such as Anvil or Jerzees who may not have that color. |
| How long does it take? |
| Once our estimate is signed and received it generally takes between 7-10 working days. Large orders may need an extra day for drying. |
| Can we supply our school or event logo? |
| Of course, as long as the resolution is high enough and in a format such as PDF or Adobe Illustrator we should not have a problem. |
| We're not sure what design we want. Can you help? |
| We have a graphic designer on staff who handles all of our custom requests. If a specific request is complicated a small but reasonable design fee is required but then becomes the property of Track and Field Stuff and not available for free. If the design is specific for you or your organization a design fee will be applied and a copy of the design may be purchased from us. |
